I was born and raised in Germany. I lived in Southern Spain a place called El Madronal near Marbella. My husband was a naval officer, an aide to the Secretary of the Navy. From Spain my family moved to Scottsdale, AZ. We sent our youngest son on a year ahead of us to study with tennis pros and board at The Judson School in the town of Paradise Valley, AZ.
